We would not have an illegal immigrant problem in this country if we would follow other countries policies and adopt some of our own. Immigrants should be vetted to get into our country and if they pass that they would be given a non-citizen tax number to pay 50.00 a month per head for five years until the go through the process of becoming a citizen so they could work and pay taxes like anyone else. If they don't pay it and are caught, they go to jail and have 30 days to pay it or be deported instantly and not housed in America for months and years. Once they are deported, they are no longer allowed to come back to America for any reason. Immigrants that are already here would have 30 days to register to get this non citizen tax number.
