This bill would make it a Felony of interstate Commerce to use a cell phone or internet to stalk, text or call another person or harass to post photos of the person, their home, car, family members, business, bank records, or videos, phone recordings or to make or alter original photos, videos, phone recordings for the purpose to bully, stalk, harass, slander another person for the sole purpose of hate, harass, bully or make fun of.
This should be a Felony with a minimum of 3 years imprisonment and if it results in a death by suicide of the victim being stalked, harassed, bullied or slandered it would require a minimum of 10 years imprisonment.
